In this article, you will learn how you can edit/duplicate/archive and search components of journey manager such as journey, experience, module, strategy, template, and A/B test.


Edit Component

  1.  Click displayed to the right of the component you want to edit.
  2. Choose Edit. The editing page is displayed.
  3. Edit the component as per your requirements.

Note: Live components cannot be edited except templates. The live template can be edited and published only after reviewing all the journeys that use the live template.


Duplicate Component

  1. Click displayed to the right of the component you want to duplicate.
  2. Choose Duplicate. A duplicate component is created.
  3. Edit the duplicate as per your requirement.

  4. Click Done.

Archive Component

You can archive the components of journey manager such as journey, experience, module, strategy, template, and A/B test by doing the following:

  1. Click displayed to the right of the component you want to archive.
  2. Choose Archive.
  3. Click Archive on the pop-up message. The selected component is archived.

Search Components

  1. Enter the name of the component in the search bar and press Enter.
  2. Click to search for components based on specific criteria. Enter the following search fields:


Search Field

Description

Status

Filters components based on status. Choose one of the following values from the drop-down:

  • Select All 

  • Live

  • Inactive 

  • Draft

Live status filters components that are live in a website

Inactive status filters components that are not live on a website.

Draft status filters components that are still editable. 

Created By

Filters components based on User ID.

Page Type

Filters components based on the selected page type. Choose page type from the drop-down. Only page types with experiences are displayed in the drop-down.

Page

Filters experiences based on the selected page. Choose a page from the drop-down

Integration Mode

Filters modules based on chosen integration mode. Choose one of the following values from the drop-down:

  • Select All

  • API

  • Embed Code

Note: This field applies only to modules.

Template Type

Filters templates based on the selected template type. Choose one of the following values from the drop-down:

  • Select All

  • Carousel

  • Carousel with tabs

Note: This field applies only to Templates and Modules.

Strategy Library

Filters strategies. Choose one of the following values from the drop-down:

My Library: Filters strategies created by the user

Vue.ai: Filters preset strategies created in the app

All: Filters all strategies

Note: This field applies only to Strategies

Audience

Filters A/B tests based on the intended audience.

Note: This field applies only to A/B Tests


 Sort Component

  1. Click .
  2. Choose the sorting criteria for listing the component from the drop-down. The default sorting criteria is  Created Date: Latest First

Sort Criteria

Description

Name A-Z

Order by alphabetical order of component name.

Name Z-A

Order by reverse-alphabetical order of component name.

Created Date: Latest First

Order by creation date of the component with the latest creation date component appearing first.

Created Date: Oldest First

Order by creation date of the component with the oldest creation date component appearing first.

Modified Date: Latest First

Order by modified date of the component with the latest modified date component appearing first.

Modified Date: Oldest First

Order by modified date of the component with the oldest modified date component appearing first.
