TABLE OF CONTENTS



Performance metrics enable you to view the performance of your customer journeys at different levels of granularity, namely journeys, experiences, modules, and strategies.

View Performance Metrics

  1. Choose Metrics from the top navigation bar.

  2. Click on the drop-down and select the time period to be used for calculating the metrics. The default time period is 30 days.

  3. Click the Performance Metrics tab.

  4. Choose filters from the following:


Filter

Description

Journey

Select journey(s) from the drop-down to calculate the metrics. The default option is All Journeys.

Experience

Select experience(s) from the drop-down to calculate the metrics. The default option is All Experiences.

Module

Select module(s) from the drop-down to calculate the metrics. The default option is All Modules.

Strategy

Select strategies from the drop-down to calculate the metrics. The default option is All Strategies.


The following metrics are displayed for every journey/experience/module and strategy based on selected filters. Additional metrics available to be viewed in the "Manage" section.

  1. Click-through Rate
  2. Direct Cart Additions (7 days)
  3. Direct Product Purchases (7 days)
  4. Direct Revenue (7 days)
  5. User Engagement Rate

For each component, click the trend icon to view the performance metrics trend.
